01How to Delete Your Account Inside the Android App
You can initiate permanent, automated account deletion directly from within the Fliqa AI Android mobile application at any time without needing manual customer support assistance:
Open the Fliqa AI mobile app on your Android device
Tap the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation bar
Select "Authentication & Security"
Scroll to the "Danger Zone" card at the bottom of the screen
Tap "Delete Account" and read the permanent deletion confirmation notice
Confirm the prompt — your account credentials, event galleries, uploaded photos, and AI facial search vector indices are immediately purged from our servers and you will be signed out
02What Data Is Permanently Deleted
When you initiate account deletion, the following data categories are irreversibly purged from our production databases and cloud storage buckets:
Account Credentials & Profile: Your name, studio/company name, registered email address, hashed password, and authentication tokens
Photographs & Media: All full-resolution photographs, optimized web delivery images, and thumbnails stored in Supabase and Cloudflare R2 storage
Galleries & Client Settings: All event galleries, guest delivery links, access codes, custom subdomains, and gallery configurations
AI Face Search Data: All 512-dimensional facial vector embeddings, face detection boxes, and search indices associated with your galleries
Notifications & Logs: All in-app activity logs, notification history, and preferences
03Data Retained for Statutory Legal & Financial Compliance
In strict compliance with statutory commercial and tax regulations (such as the Goods and Services Tax Act and Income Tax Act in India):
Statutory tax invoices and payment ledger transaction references (such as GST invoice records and Razorpay payment identifiers) must be preserved for the mandatory statutory period (up to 7 years) required by financial laws.
These transaction records are detached and anonymized from your active user profile, are archived in secure, restricted-access compliance repositories, and are never repurposed for marketing, operational, or analytics purposes.
