This Privacy Policy applies to all photographers, creative studios, clients, event guests, and visitors who access or interact with Fliqa AI services through our website, mobile application, client galleries, or APIs.

We believe in radical transparency and the principle of least privilege: we collect only what is strictly necessary to host your galleries, deliver your photos to clients, provide AI-assisted workflows, process transactions, and maintain a secure service. While we employ industry-standard safeguards, no internet-connected platform can promise absolute invulnerability.

We organize the data we collect into four distinct, clearly defined categories:

We use the information we collect strictly to operate, maintain, and enhance Fliqa AI. We do not sell your personal data or uploaded media, and we do not license client photographs to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

Photographs and media uploaded to Fliqa AI remain associated with your studio workspace and individual event galleries. You maintain ownership of your content and control how galleries are shared.

Gallery Visibility & Access: Studio owners configure gallery privacy settings. Galleries may be set to Public (viewable by anyone with the link), Access Code (requiring a code to view), or Private. Content shared via public links or QR cards is accessible according to the specific privacy configuration you choose.

Storage & Delivery: Media files are stored securely across our infrastructure partners, including Supabase Storage and Cloudflare R2 object storage with global edge distribution.

Deletion: When you delete a photo or gallery, it is immediately removed from application visibility, and its associated image files and derivatives are purged from cloud storage.

Fliqa AI offers an optional AI Face Search feature to assist photographers and event guests in quickly finding photos of specific individuals across large event galleries:

Voluntary & Optional: AI Face Search is completely optional. Studio owners can enable or disable Face Search per gallery. Event guests voluntarily choose whether to submit a reference selfie to search for their photos.

Mathematical Vector Embeddings: When an event photo is indexed or a reference selfie is submitted, our dedicated processing worker (utilizing InsightFace buffalo_l) extracts a 512-dimensional mathematical vector embedding — a numerical representation of facial geometry coordinates.

Strict Gallery Isolation: Face embeddings are strictly isolated to the specific gallery in which they are indexed. Embeddings are never compared across unrelated galleries, never used to build universal identity profiles, and never used for surveillance or advertising.

No Demographic Inferences: Our face recognition algorithms calculate visual similarity only. The system does NOT infer, predict, or extract race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, health conditions, or political opinions.

Retention & Deletion: All face embeddings and detection indices are permanently expunged whenever the corresponding photograph, gallery, or user account is deleted. Reference selfies submitted by event guests for live search are processed in-memory for the query and are not stored as persistent gallery photos.

Our Android mobile application may request specific device permissions to deliver core photography features:

Camera: Used solely when you capture photos for direct gallery upload or capture a selfie for AI Face Search.

Media & Photos: Used to select photographs from your device gallery for upload, and to save generated QR cards upon user request.

Notifications: Used to deliver alerts about upload completions, gallery activity, and subscription renewals. We do not collect location data, microphone audio, or background activity for advertising purposes.

You can modify or revoke device permissions at any time through your Android device system settings.

Fliqa AI offers free and paid subscription plans for photography studios. Paid subscriptions are managed via our secure web billing portal at ai.fliqaindia.com/billing.

Payment Gateway: All payment transactions are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Your cardholder data, banking credentials, and UPI information are processed directly by Razorpay; Fliqa AI does not store sensitive payment card details or CVVs.

Billing Records: We retain transaction reference IDs, plan tier names, billing cycles, and invoice records to verify entitlements and comply with statutory commercial record-keeping regulations.

All data in transit is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).

Cloud storage objects and database records are protected by encrypted storage at rest and strict role-based access controls.

Privileged database credentials and API service-role keys are strictly confined to secure server-side environments and are never shipped in client application bundles.

While we make every commercially reasonable effort to safeguard your data, no electronic storage or transmission method is 100% secure.

We retain personal information and content only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

Account Profile Data: Retained for the duration of your active account with Fliqa AI.

Photographs & Galleries: Stored until deleted by the user or until account termination.

Facial Embeddings: Erased immediately whenever the associated photograph, gallery, or account is deleted.

Statutory Invoices & Billing Records: Retained for the mandatory statutory period (up to 7 years) required by Indian commercial, GST, and tax regulations, after which they are securely purged.

Fliqa AI provides full autonomy for users to delete their account and associated data at any time through both mobile and web channels:

You can access and update your display name and studio details at any time from Settings.

You can delete individual photos, entire galleries, or individual facial search indices at will.

You can export your original photographs or download gallery packages before deleting your account.

You can control device permissions (Camera, Media, Notifications) via your operating system settings.

Fliqa AI is a professional software-as-a-service application designed for professional photographers, creative studios, commercial businesses, and their adult clients.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 18 where required by applicable local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that personal data of a child has been collected without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

Fliqa AI is operated from India by FLIQAINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Our infrastructure partners (such as Supabase, Cloudflare, and Google) maintain distributed data center facilities globally, including in India, the United States, and the European Union.

By using Fliqa AI, you acknowledge that your information and media may be transferred to, stored, and processed in these jurisdictions under strict confidentiality and enterprise security agreements.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect enhancements to our features, operational practices, or evolving legal requirements.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and provide notice through our website or application interface where appropriate. Continued use of Fliqa AI following the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
